Termite baiting and potential termite colony elimination involves the installation and monitoring of termite bait stations, such as Exterra, Sentricon and Advance systems. This method relies heavily on the termites "finding" and consuming sufficient bait. Recommended in some circumstances.

1. Easy Service Termite Barrier System
We also install Termite Reticulation System for under construction (under-concrete slab prior to pouring, new installation for old houses and buildings.
Our Easy Service Termite Barrier System is a reticulation system for treating the soil around the perimeter of a concrete slab and under construction joints as a deterrent against the concealed entry of termites.
The system utilizes a cylindrical PC low volume drippers to provide uniform delivery and create an even dispersal of soil termiticide. It integrates the termite management program of the building structure to provide an easy replenishment and serviceable chemical barrier system to protect building from subterranean termites.
2.Termiticide Re-Charging System
Do you have a Reticulation System which needs to be chemically re-charged?
A Reticulation Systems installed in your home are designed to treat the area around and under your foundation to prevent termites from entering your home. The system must be chemically charged every 3-5 years to give ongoing protection against unwanted termite entry to your home. With a Reticulation System installed annually, termite inspections are still recommended.
We can Re-Charge most types of Reticulation Systems.
3. CHEMICAL SOIL TREATMENT:
Chemical soil treatment around the perimeter and sub-floor of a building to eradicate termites attempting to gain entry into the building through a treated soil area. On the grounds of safety and effectiveness of repellent and non-repellent termiticide, are recommended for this purpose - discussed in detail later in this website.
If there are termites in the building, at the time of chemical soil treatment, they cannot safely return to their central colony nest through the chemically treated soil. Termites are compelled to return every few days to their central colony nest in the ground to obtain moisture essential for their survival and to feed and groom the nymphs (young termites), the king, queen and other termites.
The installation of a chemical soil barrier requires expert knowledge and specialized equipment to form a complete and continuous barrier to protect the building from a termite entry and infestation.

SCOPE OF WORK - GENERAL PEST CONTROL (GPC)
1. Methods of Treatment: Spraying, Misting, Thermal or Cold Fogging, Baiting and Trapping.
2. Internal Treatment: A thorough inspection will be conducted to identify Infested Areas and Potential Risk Areas. Infested areas will be treated and those areas that are likely to become infested (once we start, this will be revealed from the service and inspection reports) will be given a preventative treatment.
External treatment: This will be administered along the perimeter of the premises at any possible entry points and breeding sites such as drainage, manholes and garbage areas.
3. Crawling and Flying Insects: Household pests such as Ants, Cockroaches, Houseflies, Mosquitoes will be eliminated efficiently.
4. Rodent Control Only or Inclusive: A comprehensive inspection will be conducted to find all possible entry points for Rats and Mice. Any areas of infestation will be treated accordingly and a Rodent Control Solution will be formulated through the use of Chemical Repellents, Bait stations and Traps.
5. Quality Assurance: In order to reinforce the highest standard in customer service and satisfaction, we maintain a systematic operational system comprising inspection, estimation, operation, follow up and emergency handling.
6. Frequency of Service and Visit: One-Time and or Initial Treatment.
7. Treatments and Visit Schedule Options: Once every: 3 Months, 2 Months and once a Month and a subsequent treatment thereafter.
